Daniel Island Club Spring Chase Entry Form

Participants must have an established handicap by a recognized Golf Association. The entry fee is $800 per team, which includes all scheduled events and prizes. Participants will be billed on Wednesday, May 20. No refunds will be granted after this date for cancellations, unless a replacement team can be found.
