Dean Rogers, a Charleston, SC native, graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Hospitality Management in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality—most recently serving nearly four years as Assistant General Manager at Peninsula Grill, a Relais & Châteaux property—he brings a high standard of fine dining and guest satisfaction. His strengths in multi-outlet coordination, team training, and guest experience design support a culture of service excellence. Dean also serves as a First Lieutenant in the South Carolina Army National Guard as an Engineer Officer, where he has led complex logistical and personnel operations. He joins the team as Food and Beverage Manager at Dover Grill and looks forward to elevating service standards, fostering team growth, and exceeding member expectations.
