Henry will be responsible for all front-of-house food and beverage operations, including our multiple a la carte outlets, catering, special events, and locker room services. Henry and our dedicated and talented management team will collaborate with Chef Tyler and his culinary team to deliver the highest level of service to our members. Henry's educational background is in IT and computer science, and he spent several years as a database analyst before pursuing his passion for food and beverage. His hospitality career includes tenures as a chef, owner/operator, and nationally syndicated food writer. Transitioning to specialize in front-of-house management eventually created opportunities in the private club industry, and he has never looked back. Henry looks forward to meeting and serving our members here at the Daniel Island Club.
