Sadida A. Chinnis serves as the Club’s Human Resources Manager, bringing over 25 years of HR experience to the team. Before joining the Daniel Island Club Family in 2012, she served many years in the role of ‘HR Department of One’ managing the Human Resources function in a variety of industries (public works, transportation, event planning and civil engineering). She possesses experience in all functions of human resources including recruitment & selection, employee training, benefits, payroll, HR system technology, policy development and alignment, benefits administration, employee leave management and overall HR planning and strategy.
