Will Bailey, Food & Beverage Director at the Daniel Island Club, joined the team in Spring of 2025. He will be responsible for all front-of-house food and beverage operations. Will has spent the last 10+ years in progressive operational leadership roles across the club and marine industries in the Charleston Area. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the College of Charleston and a Master of Sport Management degree from Northeastern University. Will's leadership style is rooted in servant leadership- supporting others, building trust, and helping teams do their best work. He believes great results come from surrounding yourself with good people and giving them the tools and clarity they need to succeed. When Will is not working, he and his wife, Jaime, enjoy fishing, tennis, golf, and anything that allows them to spend time with their two little girls, Piper and Stella.
