Employee Referral Program

We believe that the people  in the best position to recommend the New Daniel Island Club employee are those already  working here.

Who is Eligible?

All full-time, part-time, seasonal team members (hourly and salaried) are eligible to receive a  referral bonus, with the exception of the following:

• Department Heads

• Employees with supervisory responsibilities over the referred candidate within their area or  scope of responsibility.

• Employees assigned to General Administration department in a Human Resources or Payroll  capacity

How does it Work?

1. Both the hired candidate and referring team member will receive $500 after 90 days of employment

2. The applicant must identify ONE referring Team Member on application.

3. Hiring manager must confirm the referral during the interview process.

4. The Team Member Referral Request Form must be completed, signed and submitted to  Human Resources prior toForms.

5. At the time the payout is processed, both must be active and not on any type of  documented verbal or written corrective action.
